We often get asked where out chair names come from.
Or we get asked for a reference code or part number for a purchase order.
Our chairs are given names, not a code or reference number.
Why?
Because for us, it’s personal. We take pride in the chairs that we offer you, in the work that goes into making them, and the quality of the chair that you receive.
So our chairs are named after staff, our loved ones, people that have inspired us and supported us and those that mean something to us. It might not seem much to anybody outside our business, but when we make a chair for you that is named after somebody we know, we take extra pride in what we deliver.
We care about you and your comfort, and we’re proud that a chair with a name that means something to us can deliver this for you. Aspects of the manufacturing process can be repetitive, but we’ve found this has made a massive difference to our quality and personal satisfaction levels.
When our clients have designed their own chair, we’ve encouraged them to name the chair themselves, they deserve it.
So regardless of which chair suits you best, know that it means something to us, and that you’re more than just a Purchase Order number to us.
